At Kalitaway, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of our wellness and self-care treasures. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returns made after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a set period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing delays may occur.
- Reach out to your bank; processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at flow@kalitaway.com and send your item to our return address in Belgium.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once we receive your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, mail it to our Belgium address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- The time required for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
- If returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
